Noise from adjacent rooms is a real issue—thin walls allow sound to travel, making sleep difficult. The on-site restaurant closure was disappointing, especially for those expecting on-site dining. Some rooms have uncomfortable beds, and the pillow situation leaves much to be desired, leading to restless nights. Maintenance issues were noted. several guests reported broken bathroom fans and unsecured shower trays. While the pool is meant for relaxation, some loose decking boards pose a potential safety hazard.

The peaceful atmosphere was a highlight! The breakfast was good, though the options were a bit basic. One downside was the noise from neighboring rooms at night. 😕

Staff members were exceedingly friendly, and their willingness to prepare a special evening meal after our long journey was a delightful surprise. The well-maintained gardens offered a lovely setting for relaxation, and the homemade jams at breakfast added a personal touch. Unfortunately, the restaurant and bar were unexpectedly closed, which necessitated driving for meals each night and detracted from the experience. sound insulation was inadequate, leading to disturbances from neighboring rooms during the night.

Cozy and peaceful getaway
We spent a week here and loved the chill vibe. The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. Alfin even arranged a fantastic meal for us after we traveled all day. Only thing is, the breakfast could use some more variety. Still, the picnic area was a nice touch for enjoying snacks outside!

Chilled vibes in Las Palmas 🌄✨
Such a lekker spot in the countryside, the architecture is just unique, ja! Pool area is superb for a relax, and we loved our spacious room with that impressive regendushe. Plus, brekkie was nice with fresh orange juice every morning!
The map they gave for hiking was not great, a bit of a struggle to find the path if you're not familiar.

We had a great time at this hotel with our friends. The spacious garden areas and the heated pool powered by solar panels were perfect for relaxing. We also enjoyed exploring the winding paths around the Bandama caldera. Alfin's help with the restaurant and meal arrangements made everything smooth and enjoyable. Definitely recommend checking out nearby options like Restaurant Miranda.
